Help with bring a YouTube karaoke song down a step?

I am creating a parody of Ke$ha's "We R Who We R"
But I need to bring the song down a whole step. There is a local
recording studio who will do it for me- but the guy seems a bit
skeezy.

If there was someone who either has the ability to do this for me, or
help me with directions for ripping the song from Youtube and
transposing--- Thank you!
